New My Care Club Rewards:

My Care Club Rewards is part of the My Care Club Rewards Program where customers who purchase $20 (exclusive of tax) of participating Johnson & Johnson products between 10/15/24 and 12/31/24 in 1 transaction at any qualifying retailer nationwide, get a $5 Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card. Qualifying Johnson & Johnson Consumer brands products can be found by visiting https://snipp.us/!csZOM. You will need to purchase $20 or more of these participating Johnson & Johnson Consumer brands products in one transaction to receive the reward.

The new My Care Club Rewards Program is no longer a point-based rewards system but rather offers rewards for direct purchases made on qualifying Johnson & Johnson Consumer brands products.
Receipt Submission:

Take a digital photo of your full receipt showing the products purchased, date, and retailer. Visit https://mycareclubrewards.com and follow steps to upload the photo of your qualifying purchase on a single receipt, by 01/31/25. For online purchases, please visit https://mycareclubrewards.com and follow the same prompts to upload an image or PDF of the complete retailer email shipping confirmation for pick-up or delivery. Your receipt will be validated within 3-5 days, and once validated, you will receive an email with a link to deem your Reward.

An in-store receipt must have the retailer’s name, qualifying items with price, and purchase date. An online receipt should have the retailer’s name, order number, order date, and qualifying items with price. All receipts should be completely clearly readable. Only shipping confirmations accepted for Online receipts.

If your receipt is too long, please take photographs of each segment separately. You can then upload multiple images of one receipt and submit to https://mycareclubrewards.com.

Images must be under 5MB and in the format of PNG, GIF, or JPG. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and upload again. You can also try a different device. Please Contact Us if you require further assistance.

No. To ensure accurate processing of your purchases, your uploaded images should not contain more than one receipt.

The promotion is valid for purchases made until December 31, 2024, and customers must submit their receipts online by 1/31/25 to receive their reward.
Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card:

After your receipt has been validated, you will receive an email containing a link to your Reward. Enter the email address where you received the link to your reward to redeem your Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card. Once you receive your Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card, follow the instructions provided for activation.

You will receive an email of your Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card with instructions on how to activate and use the card.

The Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card can be redeemed at any internet, mail order, or telephone merchant where Visa® debit cards are accepted. This is exclusively an online virtual card and cannot be used to make purchases in physical stores. The virtual card is issued by Pathward®, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa® U.S.A. Inc. This optional offer is not a Pathward®, nor Visa® product or service nor does Pathward® nor Visa®, endorse this offer. Account is limited to only ecommerce or mail/telephone order.

On your Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card details page, you have the option to request a plastic physical card. Provide your shipping information to receive a physical card and allow 2 weeks for delivery. Activate your physical card online at the same link you received in your initial email with the virtual card.

There will be an expiration date at the time you receive your Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card. Any balance remaining on the card after expiration will not be usable or refundable.

No. The Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card is non-reloadable and cannot be combined with multiple rewards.

There are no fees associated with your Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card.

The 3-digit security code is the Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card Verification Value, or CVV2, which is a code required by some online retailers. This code should have been provided to you along with your Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card number.

Make sure that the online merchant accepts Visa® debit cards. If they accept Visa® debit cards and your Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card has been denied, please try again, and ensure all the information you are entering is correct (i.e. Virtual Card number, expiration date, security code, and personal information such as zip code). Verify you have enough available balance on your virtual card to cover your purchases. If your Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card is still declined, please Contact Us.

You can retrieve your Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card details at any time by visiting https://www.myprepaidcenter.com/my-cards, but you must have your original Reward Code or virtual number to view it. If you do not have this information, use the link provided to you in your confirmation email. If you still experience difficulties, Contact Us. Transactions made through fraudulent or unauthorized use cannot be refunded. Make sure that you keep your virtual card details in a secure location.

The majority of online merchants do not have the capability to run two forms of payment for one purchase. In this case, you must have a Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card balance equal to or greater than the total purchase amount.

You are able to receive a return(s) or credit(s) to your Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card before the expiration date. Any return(s) or credit(s) made to your virtual card after the expiration date will be forfeited.
