  • How do I reset my password?

    To reset your password, go to https://mycareclubrewards.com/National/en-us/ForgotPassword and enter your email address to receive a password reset link. If you don’t see your password reset link in your inbox after a few minutes, we recommend checking your spam or junk mail folder.

  • I’m having problems with the website. Why isn’t it working?

    Website issues are most commonly caused by the choice of internet browser. The Care Club Rewards website is optimized for the most up-to-date desktop and mobile versions of Google Chrome and Apple Safari; if you are using a different browser we highly recommend switching to Chrome or Safari.

  • When will I receive my Reward?

    Physical rewards are fulfilled within approximately 6-8 weeks from the date your Reward is approved. Rewards will be shipped to the mailing address provided in your Care Club account. Digital rewards are sent via email.

  • How do I disconnect my Care Club account from my Google account?

    To disconnect, you must visit your Google Account page. Once there, go to the “Security” page, open the “Signing In with Google” section, select the Care Club website from the list, and click “Remove Access.” Removing access from your Google account will not delete your Care Club account. However, from that point forward, you will need to use your email address and password in order to log into your Care Club account. If you decide to reconnect to your Google account in the future, you will need to use the “Login with Google” option at sign-in to re-select the Google account you want to connect. Please note you will only be able to reconnect your Google account if the email address associated with your Care Club account is the same email address as your Google Account.
